- Prepare, organize, and annotate design files in Figma for seamless consumption by front and back-end developers.
- Act as the champion for the user, ensuring design decisions are always informed by user needs, best practices, and business goals.
- Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) and interpret data/analytics to inform and validate design choices.
- Rapidly iterate on design concepts based on user feedback, technical constraints, and product performance data.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers to shape the product roadmap, define requirements, and prioritize features.
- Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure the final implementation accurately reflects the design vision and meets accessibility standards.
- Clearly articulate design rationale, present concepts to stakeholders, and confidently defend design decisions based on research and data.
Required Skills
- Exceptional proficiency in Figma, demonstrating mastery of components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and team libraries.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, demonstrating both UX thinking and visual UI craft.

- Experience designing for multiple platforms (e.g., responsive web, iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with modern agile development processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
