Student Mentor & Executive Function Coach

$18 to $40/hour depending on role and experience

Untapped Learning is looking for someone who cares about making a difference for students, is dependable, and wants to grow professionally.
Most new team members start by working with students in our Homework Center, supporting academics, organization, studying, and follow-through. From there, strong team members can quickly grow into an Executive Function Coaching role, working 1:1 with students on the skills that help them become more independent and successful.
This can be a great fit for a recent college graduate looking for meaningful experience and a path toward a full-time role, but we are also open to current college students looking for consistent part-time work.
What You'll Do
- Mentor middle school, high school, and college students
- Support students with math, writing, studying, and homework
- Help students plan, organize, prioritize, and follow through
- Build strong relationships and create accountability
- Learn practical executive function coaching strategies
- Communicate with our team about student progress
- Complete planning and follow-up responsibilities outside of sessions
- Take on more coaching and leadership opportunities as you grow

Psychology, education, human development, sociology, communication, neuroscience, business, management, and other people-focused or leadership-oriented backgrounds can all be a great fit. All majors are welcome.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to work in person in Broomfield, Superior, and/or Boulder
- Consistent afternoon and evening availability
- Current college students and graduates are welcome to apply
Pay & Growth
Homework Center / Tutoring: approximately $18 to $21/hour
Executive Function Coaching: $25 to $40/hour
Strong team members can grow into additional coaching hours, leadership responsibilities, and potentially a full-time position with benefits.
You'll be joining a close-knit, supportive team focused on helping students grow and giving our team members opportunities to grow with the company.
