Location: On-Site | Fort Collins, CO HQ
Must be available to work in our Fort Collins office on M, T, and Thurs 9 AM-5 PM starting immediately. This is a 6-month internship, intending to be hired full-time afterward.

We are growing rapidly and seeking a versatile, highly skilled Production Assistant to join our in-house team.
Position Overview
We are offering a Production Assistant Internship for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who wants real-world, hands-on experience in professional media production. This is not a “stand-around-and-watch” internship. You’ll be embedded with our production team, contributing to client shoots, internal projects, and post-production support. If you’re serious about launching a career in production — and willing to work hard, learn fast, and keep up — we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on-site and in-studio productions (setup, breakdown, equipment management)
- Assist with video, photo, and digital content shoots (lighting, audio, camera support)
- Coordinate talent, crew, and client needs during shoots
- Maintain production schedules, shot lists, and call sheets
- Participate in pre-production meetings and planning sessions
- Organize and manage digital assets and production materials
- Provide on-set assistance to producers, directors, and creative leads
- General production tasks as assigned — yes, some will be glamorous, and some will be grunt work. That's production.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience assisting on sets (even indie/student projects)
Who You Are
- Hungry to build a serious career in media, marketing, or production
- Obsessed with the details — cables, batteries, lighting angles, timing
- Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and proactive without being told
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with clients
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and being physically active on set
- Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment (bonus points if you can name-drop brands or models)
- A positive attitude — no whining, no "that's not my job" mentality
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to Fort Collins

Internship Details
