Program Support and Outreach Coordinator Intern - Intercambio Uniting Communities (CU PIIE)

Description
This position will be responsible for supporting the administration of the CC English platform, as well as general communications with program participants, both students and volunteer teachers, the community, stakeholders, and partners. Other responsibilities include the production of program documentation, marketing, evaluation, and research.

Responsibilities:

Support the mission and vision of Intercambio and CC English, connecting cultures, creating meaningful relationships, and uniting communities.

Assist and connect with program participants by solving issues through multiple channels, while documenting processes and outcomes, considering organization and program guidelines.

Implement outreach (i.e. Info sessions) and research projects to understand program impact, facilitate improvements and expansion, and provide suggestions based on the analysis of multiple data points.

Familiarize with the CC English platform and our curriculum, have a general understanding of features and suggest improvements where applicable.

Develop documentation to support participant experience and program management.

Collaborate on marketing research, campaigns, and social media presence, considering marketing plan guidelines, to help with the recruitment of new participants.

Develop and propose guidelines to improve organization evaluation and research capacity (surveys, focus groups, data analysis, suggestions, conclusions).

Bilingual and multicultural preferred or willing to be exposed to these settings.

Customer service skills desired or willing to learn.

Ability to work remotely and autonomously.

Familiarity with spreadsheets, text editors, CRMs, and social media platforms.

Comfortable with research and evaluation methodologies for program and organization projects.

Amenable, collaborative, independent, and results oriented.

The position can be 100% remote, however we have offices in Longmont and Boulder - you are welcome to visit but is not required. Your supervisor will be 100% remote. We are a very flexible environment but results and time-target oriented. We have a wide network of connections and we will be glad to provide recommendations and connections upon the completion of your internship.
