WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
We are looking for a Part-Time Office Manager at TIFIN to oversee office operations and ensure an organized, functional, and welcoming workspace. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage office logistics, support office events, and facilitate a positive work environment.
THE ROLE:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and professional workspace
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and building management
- Manage office supplies, kitchen stocking, and general facility maintenance
- Support company meetings and events, including space setup, catering coordination, and logistics
- Act as a lesion with TIFIN building vendors
- Manage mail distribution, office shipments, and inventory tracking
- Could include some special projects
WHO YOU ARE:
- ~1 year of experience in office management, administration, or facilities coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Some experience in Google Office Suite and basic office management software
- Experience with vendor coordination and event planning is a plus
- A proactive approach with a positive, team-oriented attitude
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:
- Part-time role, approximately 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- Onsite in the Boulder office
- This is an hourly position with a pay range of $16.50 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and ability to come onsite
